Vladimir Kanashevsky

Vladimir is a graduate of the Urals State Law Academy (honors), with 15 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, solo-practitioner and law firm consultant. Vladimir holds a Candidate of Law degree (2000) and Doctor of Juridical Sciences degree (2010) and has over 60 publications on different civil and private international law matters. Vladimir is a professor of Private International Law Department at the O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

Georgy Moshiashvili

Georgy is a graduate of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University law school, holding a degree in law and a diploma of legal translator. Georgy has over 12 years of work experience, worked both as an in-house lawyer and as a consultant in law firms. Georgy advises clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate issues. In particular, manages complex projects relating to IP, IT, advertising, purchase of real-estate and shares abroad, aircraft purchase and management deals. Georgy has wide experience in domestic and cross-border transactions.
